Head of Web Design

As the head of web design for a major retail brand you will take overall responsibility for the performance of the e-commerce platform.  You will lead a team of user experience specialists, developers and designers to ensure your site is continually optimized to convert traffic to sales and to improve the average order value.  You will also be involved with SEO strategy and ensuring the website meets other online KPI's around data capture, customer service and product information.
